We have recently learned of the scams and fraudulent schemes that misuse our brand illegally with HEYDAY products being sold at an extremely low price and many buyers did not receive products after the payment is made.

The issue has raised concern about our brand image and we would like to remind all our valuable customers to avoid confusion and be aware of these scammers.

We will keep investigating these schemes, and highly recommend you confirm the following considerations;

• Purchase HEYDAY products only through our authorized distributors, dealers and resellers to avoid any scammers.

• Beware of products offered to you at a greater discount than you normally would be able to obtain from the authorized distributors under the claim that the seller has a direct connection with HEYDAY. Do not purchase from such suspicious sources both online or offline.
