How to place an order?
Step 1: Select your preferred colour.
Step 2: Then click “Add To Bag”.
Step 3: You can either continue shopping or if you are settled on purchasing your item(s), click on the bag icon “My Cart” and select “Check Out”.
Step 4: You are required to fill up the contact information and shipping address and click the button of “Continue to shipping”.
Step 5: Kindly check the details you have filled in especially the delivery address before you click the button of “Continue to payment”.
Step 6: In the last step, you may choose the payment method that you would like to use for the payment process.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests.

What shipping carriers do you use?
Your parcel will be delivered using Heyday’s appointed delivery courier company. We are using J&T Express currently.

Can I change my delivery address?
You are not allowed to change your delivery address after payment has been made.

Do you ship oversea?
We do not provide oversea delivery service currently. Home delivery services are available for purchase within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia).

When will my order be shipped?
Your parcel will be shipped out within 2 working days after payment done.

When will I receive my order?
For West Malaysia, you will received your parcel normally within 1-3 working days after it has been shipped out and 5-8 working days for East Malaysia.
